Company Policy

Cancelation Policy

Client must notify trainer at least 24 hours before scheduled session if they need to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in charge of a full session price + interest ($45).

In order to cancel monthly package, client must notify trainer at least 2 weeks in advance of monthly obligation closing.

Late Policy

Every client has a 10-minute window before being charged a $15 late fee. It will be directly debited after the late session. Extenuating circumstances will be excused.

Contract

All clients must sign a contract, or Agreement for Services Rendered. It is a signed copy of the policies stated on this page.

Payments

Payments are accepted via PayPal (invoices), Square App (direct pay & invoices), Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. Each payment service will provide client with invoice or receipt of payment for their records.

All payments & deposits for services are non-refundable.
